Is Havana Don among the 47%?

It's interesting that the argument advanced by the Trump campaign to defend the fact that he has not paid federal income taxes for the past twenty years is that he's paid "property taxes, sales and excise taxes, real estate taxes, city taxes, state taxes, employee taxes and federal taxes," given that the position of his party for the last several years has been that federal income taxes are the only taxes that matter when discussing an individual's social responsibility. This was at the heart of Mitt Romney's argument that 47% of American voters were leeches and layabouts. Like many aspects of the Trump candidacy, it will be interesting to see if this shift in policy will persist.
